Free Shipping on orders of $75.00 or more to the continental United States.

Orders under $75.00 are as follows:

USPS - $9.95

Alaska & Hawaii

USPS - $13.95

Returns & Damages:

We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from Balsa Wood Shop within 15 days of receipt. There is no restocking fee for qualified returns, returns that are unqualified will be charged a 20% restocking fee. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Cutting up balsa sheets is an examples of what constitutes used merchandise. We do not accept returns via COD or billed to Balsa Wood Shop in any way. Please call or email with returns to receive a return authorization number. 

 

Damage or Broken Shipment:
​​​​​​​Damage orders can be returned once, any orders after that will be cancelled and customers can order from one of our others venues of the same name Balsa Wood Shop.

Shipping charges are not refundable.
